All orders are processed within 24 business hours, Monday-Saturday 9 a.m to 5 p.m.

International orders may take between 5-10 business days to be delivered from the time they are shipped. *Cost is dependent on location.

Although, ensuring that orders are appropriately packaged is a top priority... We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package reached your country.
