Returns
Our policy allows for returns within 14 days of purchase date. Items received more than 14 days after purchase may not be returned or exchanged.
All returned items should be sent to the following address: 2835 NW Federal HWY Unit A, Stuart, FL 34994.
To receive a full refund, returned items must be unused and in the original packaging. Store credit will be granted if items are not received in the above conditions.
You are responsible for costs of shipping returned items.
Refunds
If applicable, a refund will be processed on your returned item. A credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
The approval of a refund will be determined once the item is received and inspected.
In the event of late or missing refunds:
First, contact your credit card company - it may take a few days before a refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank - there is often some processing time required before a refund may be posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only applicable on items that are defective or damaged, and must be exchanged for the same item.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
